Bad Experience
We were quoted at $80 per hour, including travel time and a 10 percent fuel charge. When we go to the destination, it ended up being $80 per hour, plus two hour travel time ($4,160), plus $252 packing supplies (we provided our own, so that we wouldn't get charged), plus point A to B travel time $40. We ended up disputing the fee and they did deduct $160 making the final coast $649. However, once they were done unloading the truck I didn't get a chance to verify the truck was empty and I also didn't get a chance to inform them that there was some damage done. I tried to work things out with then via phone, but the manager yelled at me several times and did not do much to help. I called back to get a number for the corporate office, but I was only given an email address where they informed me that they don't accept phone calls. When I asked for the last name of the person who I would write to, I was told they did not have the person's last name. I wrote an email to the corporate office. It has now been over a week and I have not received a reply to my concerns. I would not recommend this
moving company.
