Bad Experience

We were quoted at $80 per hour, including travel time and a 10 percent fuel charge. When we go to the destination, it ended up being $80 per hour, plus two hour travel time ($4,160), plus $252 packing supplies (we provided our own, so that we wouldn't get charged), plus point A to B travel time $40. We ended up disputing the fee and they did deduct $160 making the final coast $649. However, once they were done unloading the truck I didn't get a chance to verify the truck was empty and I also didn't get a chance to inform them that there was some damage done. I tried to work things out with then via phone, but the manager yelled at me several times and did not do much to help. I called back to get a number for the corporate office, but I was only given an email address where they informed me that they don't accept phone calls. When I asked for the last name of the person who I would write to, I was told they did not have the person's last name. I wrote an email to the corporate office. It has now been over a week and I have not received a reply to my concerns. I would not recommend this moving company.

We let you know about costs before the move and they agreed to it and insurance to protect their furniture. We just try to do our best.
