Not only were they almost 5 hours late for pick-up, which meant they did not finish up until after midnight, they grossly undervalued the move ($1800+ additional), their customer service department was unprofessional & discourteous, and did not communicate on anything related to the move.

I will never deal with this company again nor give them a referral.

The drivers over counted the number of plastic tubs they said that we had. They left empty tape rolls all over the house. They left scrap cardboard in the front yard.
