The move that was horrible
They said that they would pick up my stuff between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Jan. 18th. I called to give them my cell number and they informed me at 2:30 p.m. that the movers wouldn't be there until 5 p.m... At 5:15 p.m., the driver called to say he was three hours away. They showed up at 8 p.m. to load all my stuff and the driver was very rude when I tipped him a little bit he asked me for more money. They promised me my stuff on Friday in SC and when I called on Thursday to find out what time it would be arrive, I was told that it wouldn't be there until Monday. I called on Monday and was then told it wouldn't be there until Wednesday. The driver arrived on Wednesday morning around 9:30 p.m. and began unloading. After he finished, he informed me that my TV was not in the truck and that he had called headquarters. When I called the company to get the number for their claims department she wanted me to give them a week to locate which I said was unacceptable. It is still being resolved.
