The good outweighed the bad

The company owner was very professional on the phone and scheduled my move for the day I needed it, shuffling around the schedule to accommodate me. The movers were very friendly and mostly careful with all of my stuff and packed the truck efficiently. However, a bookshelf--the final thing to be loaded on the truck--wasn't stabilized. It fell during the move, was scratched, and then one of the feet was broken off when the mover tried to place it upright. He "fixed" it and it is standing, so I didn't raise a fuss and insist on having it replaced. Overall the move was quick, they were clean and didn't track mud and snow on the new carpet, and the movers placed all of my furniture and boxes exactly where I wanted them in the apartment.
