American Van Lines East

Refrigerator required repairs in the amount of $300. I was required to agree to pay an extra $422 for packing supplies even though my original contract stated clearly there would be no additional charges for supplies. The truck containing our household goods sat in the driveway and would not have been unloaded if I hadn't signed. I complained to American Van Lines East and they quickly responded that I had agreed to the extra cost and that was the end of it.
