Difficult Time
I had very little time and a limited budget to move. I had a very difficult time getting through to the company. It was difficult to get someone on the phone and once I did, I had a tough time getting the right person on the phone who could handle my request (making a payment, getting a receipt).
My move date was pushed back. And I had to shell out more cash on the spot on the very last day for an elevator fee. I know moving is a pain, but this experience was pretty painful. In the end, the movers got everything in and I have to admit were efficient. Only one thing was damaged -- just the shade of a cheap halogen light so I didn't even bother to contact the company about it.
