Upon arriving at our new place I was demanded to pay first before they unloaded our belongings. I was charged $995 without any paperwork. I didn't see any paperwork.
When they were done with the unloading. thet left without showing any paper work, I didn't see any paperwork or signed any paper. I tried to contact the company without success.
I think there was 5 hrs of work done, the charge reflects more than 8 hrs. I have filed a complain with the better business bureau.

Today is 3/10/09, and move was done on 3/2. We have not received a single call or email from the customer DISPUTING ANYTHING. All paperwork start and finish times are initialled by the customer, payment arrangements were explained before the move. We will wait for the BBB's report to resolve.
