Bad Experience

The company gave us free boxes but failed to deliver them at the time they agreed upon. Instead, they changed the time at the last minute then came three hours later than the changed time to drop off the boxes. On moving day the movers were 2 1/2 hours late. When they arrived they wanted to charge us extra for an item that was already included in the original price quote.

We were never told we had to box all our such as the television, air conditioners, lamps so we ended up moving a lot of smaller pieces of our stuff in our own car. When they moved our stuff into the storage unit, they dropped our furniture stacked heavy boxes on top of fragile ones and overcharged us for the time it would take to move things off the truck-- we were charged for two hours when it took them only 45 minutes -- and we did not receive a refund in the end. I do not plan to use this company again or recommend them to any of my friends who are currently moving.
