The move was very good, but I felt I paid too much. I was advised that is was a minimum of 3 hours including drive time, so the drive was 1 hr and the packing and unpacking was 2 hrs but they charged me for 4 hrs because the drive time was not included and so I paid for an extra hour I didn't use.

There were hidden charges and movers would not unload until they recieved cash. We were never informed checks were not accepted. Pretty disapointed.
