They didn't inform me of an extra cost to move a small freezer. They began to shrink wrap my couch BEFORE I was told there would be an additional charge. They attempted to sell me wrapping tape at $4.50 per roll!

They complained the entire time and were rude to me and my wife. Even though I was told when I reserved the movers not to take clothing out of dressers or items out of file cabinets, the movers complained about it saying we should be charged extra!! I would not recommend this mover.

We received no communication from the customer during the move about any challenges. Charges for our materials are commensurate with industry standards and retail prices. We were not informed about moving a freezer prior to scheduling the move. We were on time and performed the move without damage.

The time estimated to perform the move is based solely on customer disclosure. When the movers show up, if there are more items to be moved, and other logistical challenges that we are not provided when the move is scheduled, we do our best to perform the service and keep cost to a minimum.

Lots of stuff was missing, and a couple things were broken. The moving guys were great, but the company itself was not so much. I would not recommend them.
