Dimension Moving & Storage
My initial consultation with Dimension was very good. I did my research and everything I found on them proved them to be reputable. However, the move itself was handled very poorly, they violated their own contract with me, delivered items outside their guaranteed time frame and overcharged me as well. I've disputed the charges and asked them to contact me; so far I've had no response.
While the movers themselves were kind and worked hard, my items were handled very poorly. Most of the boxes were damaged in one way or another, and several boxes marked as fragile were upside down and crushed. I also have asked for a claim for my broken items; they have also not responded.
