Some good, some bad
The movers were on time for the pickup, but has some mechanical problems and were 5 days overdue for the dropoff. The movers were very friendly and courteous.
The things packed by the moving company was less than satisfactory. They put things in different boxes when they should have gone together. And they didn't mark the boxes that they packed. A few items they were supposed to load on the truck were left behind. One TV was not working after the move. I have called several times and cannot get them to call me back about the damage claim.

We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this complaint. The move was scheduled to be picked up on 5-14-09 in Houston, to be delivered on 5-17-09 in Denver. At the time of the estimate, the customer said they did not need a direct delivery. Our salesman called to let them know that we would be three days late, not five. As for the packing problems, we were not hired nor paid to do any packing. The customer was not packed when we arrived, so we helped them finish packing free of charge. As for the items left behind, it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure we have loaded everything to be moved during the final walkthrough. The customer has never called our office about this matter. As for the TV, the customer has never contacted our claims department. The TV was old and probably not valued over the agreed upon $250 deductible.
