Be sure to clarify if any additional materials that they use during the packing process (i.e. tape, wrap, etc.) are included in the quote. Be sure to clarify that the drive time to your location and back to the shop is separate from the drive time in the actual move. Driving time adds additional time from one location to another. If they quote you three hours to move and one hour drive time - from my experience that does not include the drive time from the location in which you are moving from to the location in which you are moving. It is only the time they allow from driving from the original destination and the return time. Finally, be sure to clarify that if you pay with a debit or credit card if there is an additional cost. From my experience if you pay with cash not cost, but if you use your credit or debit card they charge you a percentage amount (i.e. 4% of the final bill).
