Movers Beware
My experience with Olympia Moving was by far the worst experience I have ever had with any professional
moving company. Not only did they show up with our shipment weeks after they were supposed to, they were unresponsive, never answered the phone when we called (during business hours), and they charged us upwards of $400 extra for random fees that they never warned us about. The worst part was them lying to us about when our shipment would arrive. When we would finally get them on the phone after calling several times, they would make up a date of when the shipment was to arrive. We would make arrangements, and then when that day came they simply wouldn't show up. When we would call again and ask where our stuff was, they would make up another later date. It got to the point where I was thinking about suing them (I actually still am). Finally, when the shipment did arrive weeks after pickup (and after outsourcing our shipment to another moving company), several items were damaged. For your own good, do not use Olympia Moving and Storage for your move.
