From Texas to California
I was called several times and was told that my belongings would be arriving in 4-5 days, when actually they had never left the warehouse. It was a problem trying to reach them by telephone to try and pinpoint where my belongings were. My sales rep. did not really represent me. I received the most answers from another source within the company.
