Horrific and never again

They were a day-and-a-half late, which we understood. We were warned of that possibility but they were mean because the moving truck had had a flat that morning, didn't "need this damn job" etc. Would not allow us (my sister and I) to see why things were costing so much more than the estimate though I had only the things on my items list and had reviewed with the estimator just a few days before. I was forced to sign papers without being allowed to read what I was signing. Nothing arranged before hand with the estimator was honored. It was the single worst example of unprofessionalism and dishonesty in business we'd ever experienced. Our stuff arrived damaged and mishandled even tho I had a stack of covers waiting for them. They refused to use them. At one point during loading, I looked out and saw my brand new recliner laying face down on the dirty road material to pavement. We are certain we won't hear back because that's just how unprofessional a company this was. An apology is in order but that would take moral and ethical integrity on the part of Moving-1 and why would they change now. We have never given anyone a bad review for anything before but we feel this company was so purposefully dishonest that we want others to be warned.
