Not Good
I would not recommend this company. I paid an extra $350 for next delivery, which they agreed would occur- I got my stuff three days later, with their refusal to take the $350 off for my inconvenience and their not holding up their end of the bargain. I had to call them to ask when my stuff would be delivered (they did not call me), to which their response was, "No one has called you yet? I am sorry mam, we cannot deliver next day because we have too little in one truck, we have to wait until we get a truck full to drive." (I moved from MD to MI) To which I responded, if you couldn't deliver next day, why did you agree to it and why didn't you tell me this beforehand so I can take my business elsewhere? Moreover, why did you take my stuff if next day was not guaranteed to happen as agreed. The dispatcher was rude and indignant when asked to lower the price because I did not get the next day deliver that I asked for. I ended up paying the full price, with no discount for my inconvenience.
