My Worst Experience

Moving-1 was given up-to-date information of everything I was moving. They knew I had a motorcycle to move yet the sent a truck with a broken lift gate and were 3 1/2 hours late. After packing half the truck they decided to send a different one which came after another three hours. The first truck was unloaded and everything left in the driveway for the next truck. In the meantime a thunderstorm came through and soaked everything. After two weeks I was told that I had to pay 60% cash up front to move the furniture while on the first day they took my credit card info. The shipment finally came after a month. The cartons were crushed from getting soaked. My couch and chair that got soaked in the rain then wrapped and stored were mildewing and smelled. All I heard was lies from Moving-1 and would never use them or recommend them to anyone. This also means that I would never use or recommend relocation.com. What a horrible experience I had!
