AAA Moving : Review

The moving crew was extremely professional and courteous. I could not give them enough praise. I did have a couple of Precious Moments boxes that were damaged and, therefore, these figurines lost a lot of their value. The front office billing staff was a little different matter. When the people stopped by to pick up their boxes they told me they did not need "X" boxes returned because they were no longer usable. I did not feel that the boxes were all that great to begin with and was told not to worry about it. The company DID refund the additional charges to my card post-discussion with a member of the staff. My overall experience was excellent and I would definitely use them again should the need arise. All was kind and courteous, even the billing person with whom I spoke. It was nice not to have to worry about packing and moving. First time I've used a company and they gave me the lowest bid of the bunch.
