Efficient, cooperative & appreciative

The manager came to our home and gave us tips on how to make it easier for his staff to complete our move in a timely, efficient and least costly manner. He told us what to have on hand in case the movers needed additional supplies for packing if we weren't ready. We had everything packed and ready. We also moved as much as possible to the bottom floor (two-story house) which really made the movers happy. Also at the other end, we just had them load as much as possible into the garage do eliminate some of their stair climbing which I suspect made them very happy. They were very cordial, cooperative and pleasant. I'd recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys :)
