Atom Review
Atom moving was supposed to have come bet/ 8-9am. I had to call them at 9:05 am to see where they were. They came at 9:30am. They told me my clock started as soon as they left their office at 9am. I thought the clock started as soon as they came inside my door. So, I was already paying them since 9am. I was never aware of this. My move was from one bedroom to a two bedroom about 20 yards down the hall way. They made a couple of scratches on our furniture which my wife is very very upset about. Plus, they stopped moving at 11.45 am saying that it was a 3-hour move. They charged me for 3.5 hours because they had to drive back to their office. Me and my wife, pregnant with twins, had to move the kitchen items ourselves. The
movers were themselves good, but their ethics behind how they charge was ridiculous.
