Time was a huge factor in this move. The apartment building requires that tenants reserve elevator time for the move. This was explained to the salesman at the time the move was booked. He assured me that it would not be a problem for them to work within the time frame of the reserved elevator time. When the movers showed up, there was only one hour left on the reserved time for the elevator. The movers worked very quickly and efficiently to get us out of the old apartment quickly. When a call was placed to the person from whom I initially made arrangements, he did not seem responsive to the inconvenience their lateness caused and was not willing to make any efforts to do anything about it. Moving is a very stressful time, and in this case the stress was increased by the way this was handled.
