Moving 1

During my move, a table and two boxes were lost. The morning after my load was delivered, I called Moving 1 and spoke to a representative. He was great on the phone and explained that they had found two boxes and that unfortunately, my table had been delivered to Michigan. The rep told me that they were working to get it back and would be delivering it as soon as they could. I did not file any claims as the rep admitted to the error and let me know that it would be resolved. Over a month later, I do not have my things and I can't get the rep to return phone calls.
