Second Choice Nightmare

I would not recommend that you use this mover. I had originally picked another company, but Nationwide gave me a better price and sales pitch. They told me my belongings would be picked up on the 19th between 2-6 p.m. and would get a call two hours prior so I wouldn't have to sit by the phone. The phone rang at 4:50p.m. and they would be there in 10 minutes. They took five hours to load a storage unit's worth of items (already packed). They were very meticulous with paperwork. I had asked that my goods be delivered on May 27th (that was the date I was moving into my new home out of state (850 miles). No problem I was told. The dispatcher would call me 24 hours ahead of time. Well, it is June 8th, and I am still waiting. I talked to several reps and keep getting the run around, my goods are in Massachusetts, will get a call, one rep promised to track down info and get back to me. I never did get that call. I had to dole out money for an air mattress and am eating out daily as I do not have pans/dishes. I am very frustrated. They were cooperative to get my money, now they don't want to help me.
