An Unprofessional and Awful Experience
We have reported this moving company to the Better Business Bureau, which we just learned that they have an F rating. We were lied to about this, as well as many other things. Some items are missing such as our PS3, Wii, our Starbucks barista machine and several of my son's new baby items and gifts. There were also several items that were broken and getting in contact with them after the move has been impossible - e-mails and phone calls have been ignored by the company. I also have e-mails from the company with the initial quote, which said items were bar-coded, however they were not. The e-mail with the quote also said all furniture would be re-assembled on site - it was not. They refused to re-assemble my son's baby bed. The drivers as well as the office staff generally were unprofessional and have very poor attitudes. It seems as those once they have your money they don't care about you or your items. We are extremely dissatisfied. I personally give them a score of an F. This has been a bad moving experience for me and I hope no one else goes through what we went through.
