The First and Last Time

I had half a dorm to move that contained one futon, two suitcases of clothes, kitchen utensils and one box of books--three men came for this. I was quoted a price that was one third of the final price. They said that there would be a four-hour minimum (even though there was no minimum in the original agreement). They charged me $25 for packing and $26 for gas. They only accepted debit cards - not credit cards. I even had to argue with the movers on the day of the move - said he moves more than 200 people a month so "complaints are expected." I will definitely be reporting this company.
