The Move
The movers themselves were very courteous, helpful, and honest. However, the process over the phone was very stressful. I was misquoted the first time, never called back a second, got the actual price a third time which was 122 per hr. No form of payment mentioned nor the extra fees.
Therefore until the day before in which I never recieved a time for when the movers would come, which I was told I would get by Thursday evening or early Friday morning so I called again around 2 pm Friday. Then I get told about all these extra fees and surcharges etc.
This should have been mentioned on the first call, and also sent in an email as a form of contract. The staff over the phone did not seem to know to mention these fees other than read from a paper.
