Bait and Switch?

The moving company was really friendly and great all the way through--except for a very major point that my estimate was approximately 50 pecent more than what they quoted me. I nearly had a heart attack when I found out and was very upset considering I felt I gave an accurate description of my inventory. If I had an accurate estimate, I definitely would have gone the U-Haul route. I really don't know what I could have done differently but I placed my trust in the estimate and got knocked for a loop. Other than this, they were excellent in every other way.
