Only the first part of the move has been completed. We received our furniture on May 8th. They charged extra for overtime - however, overtime was incurred because they wrapped everything - too many things that we did not ask them to wrap. For example, we purchased mattress covers, chair covers and sofa covers (per the moving company's request), which took extra time. They took apart bookshelves and tables and chairs that did NOT need to be taken apart, this also added additional time and I worry they will not be put back together properly and fear I will incur overtime charges on the other end.

I am sorry to hear that the customer was dissatisfied with the move and would like to address the customer concerns: We have picked up on time and delivered on time as customer requested. We have wrapped all items in order to be safely moved, disassemble and reassemble for the same reason and as the customer indicated there were no problems. The price was within 10 percent ( even less that that) which is very reasonable in the
moving industry. I am not sure what it means by the first part of the move was completed for we have delivered all items.
