Experienced Vanlines-Horrible

I would not recommend that you use this company. They provided me with an estimate and never told me that I would have to rent blankets, etc. After they were done packing, they then doubled the price for shipping. They promised that I can have a free months of storage to which I agreed, however they showed up with the furniture weeks before the scheduled delivery date. This left me scrambling to find a storage room since I had not closed on my house. Calls to the shipping office was terrible. Everyone denied ever speaking with me even though the contract cleary indicated the date of delivery. Promises of a manager calling me back never took place and to this date I have been unable to speak with the person in charge. They are a horrible company and everyone should be aware of their practices.
