Terrible, Terrible Service
The move was supposed to happen on Wednesday between 8a.m. and noon, but the moving company didn't arrive until 7p.m/ the next day. Then they wouldn't even take all the belongings because they weren't in the original estimate. And to top it off, when they arrived because no one was home (at this point it was two days later), they said they couldn't wait. The service was terrible, from the foreman to the dispatcher to the movers, they were just rude and not willing to listen or communicate with us about the problem. When I called to complain my call was never returned by the supervisor.
