Good performance, Poor Customer Care
The crew showed up at about 8:00a.m. and started circling the area-wasting roughly five minutes. Then once the team parked, an employee asked me the time, but wrote down his start time as five minutes earlier then actual time. Then he starts to waste time going through the contract-another five minutes wasted. Also, I remember asking him if his company rounds times up. He said, “No"(we'll get to that later). After the contract was finished we walked through the office discussing what needed to be moved (another waste of five minutes). The team moved the furniture and boxes fine without a problem. After everything was done, another five minute walk through was needed. Once we arrived to the new location everything went much smoother (no more time wasting). The last blunder on their part came when they finished oddly enough at 15 after, and low and behold, the team leader rounded the time up to 30. So not only did this employee waste 15 minutes, he waited to finish at 15 after. I must say, I'm surprised the team didn't stop to fill up with fuel on the way between the old and new office. As for the actual move, the guys did fine. They wrapped all the furniture and took care of my items, so it did not get damaged. The only points-off came with the employee who was time wasting. I would use again, but the time wasting and lying makes me want to consider someone else first.
