Worst thing that could ever happen

When they didn't show up at the prearranged time of 9am, I called at 9:30am. They told me they would check on it. When I didn't hear back I called again at 10am. I talked to Laura-who said she was the supervisor. She told me that some one had called to change the date of the move and that they wouldn’t be there until the following Tuesday. That was not true because I had never called to reschedule. She told me that she would get a crew together and show up later that day. Here it is over a week later and I am still waiting to her back from her. I did call her that day around 11am where I was told that she was out of the office and would call me back. Again, I am still waiting for that call. During that day, I ran into a moving crew from Economy Movers. I told them that A Professional Movers did not show up as scheduled and I needed help. Mike, the foreman said he would check the schedule and see what he could do. Within two hours he called me back and we set up a time for my move. He was great. His team moved us and the cost was lower than the rate from A Professional Movers, who I still have not heard back from.
