Complete Nightmare
The move never occurred. I was going to have my furniture moved from Ohio to Texas. I was told by the sales representative that I would receive a call a day before the move for a confirmation, but I was never called. Then, on moving day the truck never arrived. When we contacted the company they stated they would not arrive until the following day. The next day came and there was still no moving truck. It was now Sunday and no means of contacting the company. We did finally did get in contact with the driver, who stated the "contract" to move our furniture had been submitted to another company. Concerned with the lack of communication with this company, I notified them again on Monday and requested my partial payment back, which they required prior to the move. I was told my credit card would be credited. This has not happened as of yet and it has been a week. I plan on contacting the Better Business Bureau. I certainly do not wish this to happen to someone else.

We are truly sorry about the problems that have occurred and that we were unable to fulfill the obligations that we had with you. We are giving you a full and complete refund. We are sorry that it has ended up this way and we will do our best as a company to make sure that this never happens again.
