Not great

Don't do it! I had one piece of furniture and about 25 boxes and they quoted me 600 pounds, but their minimum is 1000 pounds. They were a week late picking me up, then they told me it was 2400 pounds, so I had to pay over $1000 more. And they told me if I wanted it reweighed it would cost $250 extra dollars. Then they asked for a tip for carrying my stuff inside and threatened that they would call the company and make me pay for it. Then they broke my one piece of furniture and complained the entire time that everything was so heavy.

Remember that I had moved it to the pick up location myself and I am 150-pound girl. Then they told me that I owed them and asked me to come down and help them bring boxes upstairs. I had to call four friends to come and help them because I had bronchitis. They sat and waited for my friends to arrive. They were here three hours to unload 25 boxes and an amour. I am also missing three boxes of items that I have noticed so far.
