It was just ok
Allstate was okay, but I wasn't super impressed. They were very late when they came to pick up the furniture and it took them three hours longer to move our stuff than expected. They also did not come prepared to pack our china and pictures like we had agreed upon, so that took another two hours for them to get boxes and make it happen. I felt like they didn't have enough people to help them move. The way they "joked" with each other also made me very uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend them to friends, and I will not be using them again. It was more stress than not. I wasn't thrilled.

Response from Allstate Relocation Systems
We try to be on time every single time, in this particular case we had very heavy rain and therefore very heavy traffic to deal with, and otherwise we would be on time. Customer had a lot of fragile items that is why it took our team few hours longer than anticipated to protect everything as it should be. I have to mention that our customer did not pay anything extra for this time or extra protective materials we hade to use, it is on us, not on the customer. This was a long-distance relocation and the price was determined by the weight of the shipment, not time. First and foremost Allstate Relocation Systems strives to make sure that we do not damage anything, complete the job for agreed price and deliver with in agreed time window. We achieved all three: no damages charged agreed price and delivered from Los Angeles, CA to Lynnwood WA (1,200 miles) with in six days. We're sorry that our customer was not 100% happy and we will look into the issue. Customer Service. Allstate Relocation Systems
