Finally Relieved
The salespeople at Nation Relocation needs to fully and clearly review and explain the contract that their customer is obligating to, before signing. They need to explain to them some of the possible charges that may occur before the customer signs the contract and before the moving truck comes to pick up.
During my move I had no knowledge of additional charges other than the possibility of an extra charge if additional space was needed. Also, Nation Relocation has poor communication with their customers; it took me four days before I got a clear answer for my question, all because the salesperson had limited knowledge of what was happening with my belongings. They led me to believe that my furniture was going to be here on a certain date, but it came on a later date.
