Move from Michigan to Alabama
One office chair leg was broken, one bookcase was broken and a number of Christmas decorations and carousel horses were broken. I need to say the experience was excellent--these broken items could have happened to anyone. The only problem I have is that the packing had no rhyme or reason to it. Things were just packed and I found kitchen stuff in with bedroom, etc. It was very difficult to unpack. Also, the boxes were very heavy and they just put them in rooms and I had to work from where ever they put them with no labels. The workers were great! They did everything I asked and were very accommodating. I would use Corrigan again. I am still trying to find things though such as silverware and old silver place settings.

Our records indicate that no move related damage was reported, but if there was damage that is clearly our responsibility, we would be happy to resolve the issue in a fair and timely manner. Our interstate transportation customers have nine months after the delivery date to submit a loss or damage claim for review. We will use your comments about packing as part of the training regimen for our packing crews.
