Poor moving company

The truck arrived two hours late. The driver did call and said there was an accident on the freeway. We had to get additional items moved in our car the next day and this took several hours. We were charged beyond the $75 per hour rate for packing materials such as the mattresses. I requested they leave behind the "packing" materials since I was charged but they did not leave the materials. i.e. plastic bag which covered the mattress. The charges were unfair and I will be contacting USA Relocations to dispute the charges.
