There were four people and the lead person was a young person in his twenties. He acted friendly at first, but as we were starting to look at the paperwork and I would not sign the things I did not agree to, he started to get upset and called his boss. In a few instances he refused to take my advice on how to move some furniture and appliances out of the apartment and ended up scratching them. He wanted to dismantle a table and when I told him not to do that he did put padding on the table but refused to wrap the legs as I asked him to. He was argumentative and rude. It is a pity because the customer representative that called me was very professional and helpful. It is too bad that she is not backed up by a team that thinks customer service is the first priority for the company.

Response from Dimension Moving & Storage, Inc.
We are very sorry to learn that our foreman was not very unaccommodating during your move, and thank you for pointing out the flaw of his service. As we are a growing company that regards our excellent customer service as a key to our success, we have zero tolerance of such a kind of unprofessional manner. The foreman will be questioned by his supervisor and certain penalty could be taken depends on how well the foreman realizes his mistake. We thank you again for bringing up this issue to our attention, and we hope you will continually give us opportunity to serve you for your future relocation needs.
