Bad experience
I used Bekins/Serenity they were great in the sales process. I left my roommate in charge of the pick up, during which the movers onsite changed the entire contract. It ended up being a third more than expected. I did not want storage as I was flexible with pick up date and just wanted my furniture delivered by 11/1. They were three days late with delivery, forcing my stuff into storage and me to buy essentials to live until I could get it back. Did not return calls when seeking information, received incorrect information, whole process was infuriating. Boxes showed up crushed, busting open and damaged.
