Elite Moving
I would not use this company again. The sales rep was very nice, but when the crew came to pick up my belongings, they immediately told me even before putting anything in their small truck that the cubic feet of my apartment was about 200+ more than the estimate. This is odd because I had local company do a walk through and they gave me the cubic feet estimated that I gave to Elite,
The cost ended up being double the estimate I was given. Since I had already had one company cancel on me three days before I was to move and I had to be out of my apartment in three days, I had no choice but to go ahead with Elite.
I was told by the sales rep and the guy in charge of the pick up that my belongings would be taken to Las Vegas, then put another truck coming to Arizona. The delivery time was estimated at 24 to 48 hours, although the contract I signed said they had 21 days to deliver.
My son and brother had agreed to drive to Arizona from California to help me set up, then fly back two days later. The problem is my furniture didn't arrive until after they left. I tried calling Elite but the phone was automated with a message that said not to call the sales reps as they did not have any info as to the delivery. The crew that dropped off was not nearly as competent as the crew that picked up.
