Unprofessional

They did not get all our stuff on the truck. One of three reasons - I didn't tell them everything I had, they underestimated what I had, or they didn't pack the truck very well. I asked the team leader if there was anything in the condo that was not on the my list - he said boxes.

All the furniture and appliances were included, but he said they didn't figure on the packed by owner boxes. Not sure where they thought all our stuff was. The estimator from the company said he estimated the house to be 1/2 of the truck, yet they couldn't get it all in the entire truck. My opinion is the team was not qualified to efficiently pack the truck. Had to be poorly packed.

It was a local move, only 5 miles, yet they would not go back and get the remaining furniture without charging me an additional $300. Their fault and they would not admit it not do right by it. The packers worked hard and were courteous, but my feeling was it was just 3 neighborhood guys helping me move. Not expertise at all. In addion, they left trash on the ground at both locations and yes, they did scratch the living room furniture.

Customer has provided us with a list of items to move. We provided the customer with an estimate based on the items her gave us and the estimate was 100% accurate as the customer states. The customer DID NOT tell us he is moving any boxes at all. We had no issue at all to make a 2nd trip to load the extra items as the customer requested but the customer did not wish to pay for that. The customer has filed an official damage claim which we are taking care of and in process.
