Damage on chest and end table. The lead mover was not very happy about having to do his job. My husband and I went to a lot of trouble making sure everything was in one room and organized to make their job easier but they still made comments like"no move is easy" and when we arrived at my new home with new white carpet in the bed room I asked that they remove their shoes because it was raining the day we moved; the lead guy said" no," but one of the workers did help me set up my bed and other furniture.
The lead guy really does not like his job and needs to "move on" rather than deal with customers face to face. I am a Realtor and deal in people moving all the time. I would not recomend Neighbors Moving.

Response from Neighbors Moving & Storage - FL
I would like to offer my sincere apologies to the consumer (G. Taylor) for their less than stellar experience. We understand that moving is a particularly stressful time, and our goal is to make the move easier for the customer. I will make sure to address these concerns in-house so that no one else has to endure an unpleasant move similar to this one. I would like to thank you for this review, and know that I appreciate this sort of feedback, as it helps us improve our customer service.
Regarding the damage to the chest and end table, I have already forwarded to them via email the instructions to initiate a claim for damage. We have a Claims Department that handles this sort of issue, and the customer can contact us anytime at (800) 720-1939 x3. According to the bill of lading, the customer is afforded basic value liability, and their claim will be processed upon receipt of the claim documents. If it is determined that a reimbursement is warranted, we will issue a check made payable to the customer. We do not send anyone out to perform repairs.
