California move
Courteous group of workers. I found the office manager very flexible asnd courteous as well. The only c/o's offered are the handling of goods. Most of the items marked "up" were not carried and placed in this manner. Some items were broken although one cannot be certain that this was repsonsible.
One of the items broken was a container having cleaning contents containing bleach. The box when transported left bleach stains across the entier carpet requiring us to place new carpet. One may say that it may have been packed better - but the box survived one prior move without incident. I would use their service again, IF, IF, there was a bit more attention paid to the manner that the contents are handeled.
