My Move
Mark Thomson was VERY helpful in the planning part of the move and the two guys that actually did the moving were great - they didn't spend time just standing around! The extra cost was because it took about an hour and a half longer - due to travel time.

This move went from Columbus to the Cleveland area, and we ran into traffic issues that added approximately 45 min. each way, thus the difference in cost between the estimate and final cost. Sometimes, these things are unknowable at booking time.
