Movers great! Quote way off!
The movers with A to B Moving were friendly, professional and quick. There was one piece of furniture that was minimally damaged.
However, we didn't have them shrink wrap all of our furniture because the receptionist neglected to inform us that it was $40 extra per piece of big furniture. She also neglected to tell us that if we didn't shrink wrap it, that item would not be insured. She gave us a quote of $276, stating that it should only take about three hours.
It ended up taking nearly 5 hours and the movers did not place all of our items in the specific room because of it. I specifically asked if there would be any other charges, and Tara (the receptionist) told me no. I was very disappointed in that respect.
