Olympia
Olympia started out OK, although they arrived in a Budget moving truck. They were on time and seemed courteous enough. I was given a different estimate, which was about $100 more once they arrived than I was given on the phone when I made the reservation. At the end of the move they were in a rush to get to another job and tried to rush me along.
They did not reassemble my furniture as they promised. When I requested that they do this, they became impatient and put half of the screws back into my mirror that goes with my dresser. The mirror is now unstable and I can not get in contact with anyone to complain or even get my screws back that they took out. They also did not reassemble my headboard to the bed.
They said that it was already taken apart when they got to my home, which isn't true. Even if it were taken apart, I was told when I made the reservation to take things apart because that would make it faster for the movers to finish but I was also promised that they would reassemble my furniture. They put knicks and chips all over my bedroom furniture. I just purchased this bedroom set 1 1/2 years ago.
