The price seemed OK and the move was done in a very reasonable (short) amount of time -- they also were courteous and handled my belongings.
However they lost a box. Dealing with them after that was absolutely ridiculous. They were very slow to respond or tell me what was being done to see if they could find my possessions. To be perfectly honest, I find it more problematic how poor the customer service was after I reported the box lost than that they lost the box.
