I was told that I could go by weight (of which i have emails verifying all of my claims). However, when they came to pick up my items they told me I not only HAD to go by "the piece" but I had to pay extra because my original estimate of the number of pieces I had didn't match my actual pieces (I paid overage charges of which I specially called their sales person Krystal to tell her my list had changed two days before the move, but she said since we ended up going by weight that I didn't need to go online and change the list ... I have an email from her verifying this too).
Anyway the move ended up costing me $500 more, plus they picked up my things on Aug 2nd and I didn't receive them until Aug 28th, which caused undue hardship due to my new job that now I can't begin until 9/8 due to not having my things by the 15th as I was promised.
Not only that, but I had 3 boxes missing, and they were horribly mangled. I have a couple pics to show the incredible damage to so many items.
